Pre-PA Virtual Shadowing — Winter Quarter (All Zoom Links)

Welcome to the Pre-PA Virtual Shadowing Winter Quarter Series. This course provides structured, live virtual shadowing experiences designed to help Pre-PA students gain meaningful clinical exposure, strengthen medical literacy, and better understand the day-to-day role of Physician Assistants across multiple specialties.

All Zoom links for Winter Quarter sessions are housed here for easy access. Students are expected to use the correct link for each session and log in on time, as attendance may be recorded.

Throughout the Winter Quarter, participants will:

• Shadow practicing Physician Assistants across diverse specialties including emergency medicine, orthopedics, surgery, cardiology, dermatology, and hospital-based care

• Observe real-world clinical reasoning through case discussions, imaging review, and diagnostic walkthroughs

• Learn how PAs evaluate patients, interpret labs and imaging, and make treatment decisions

• Gain exposure to multiple PA career paths to help guide professional interests

• Build strong, interview-ready shadowing experiences to discuss during PA school applications

• Meetings take place every Sunday at 4pm PST (7pm EST) and 5pm PST (8pm EST) for 1-hr each

This virtual course is designed to be:

• Accessible — no travel or prior clinical experience required

• Educational — structured teaching with clinical context, not passive observation

• Interactive — live Q&A opportunities with each PA host

Students are responsible for:

• Reviewing session dates and times carefully

• Entering each session using the correct Zoom link

• Maintaining professionalism during live sessions
